Every adventure is customised according to your preferences and the prevailing weather conditions to ensure your complete satisfaction and comfort. We offer the following range of activities:

Kayaking

Kayaking in LagoonsIn addition to two beautiful coastlines, the island of Eleuthera boasts many inland lagoons and ponds, meaning safe, comfortable kayaking conditions in almost any weather. The areas where we kayak are rich in bird life and marine life. Wild orchids grow in the inland lakes in the summertime. All equipment - paddles, backrests and life jackets - is provided. Bring your camera!

Snorkeling

The snorkeling in Eleuthera is fantastic! Crystal clear waters and thousands of shallow reefs offshore teeming with marine life make this a snorkeller's paradise. You'll see hundreds of tropical fish, dazzlingly beautiful coral formations, rays, eels, starfish, even turtles and sharks, as well as beautiful shells, sand dollars and sea biscuits.

We specialize in the drift snorkel down Current Cut! Cruise past groupers, hogfish, giant snappers and nurse sharks at speeds of up to 7 knots along the edge of the natural channel between Eleuthera and Current Island. Maybe an up close encounter with the resident school of Spotted Eagle Rays if you're lucky. A safe journey for all snorkellers - we know the way!

Beachcombing/Shelling

shelling and beachcombingThe ocean beaches of Eleuthera are a treasure trove for beachcombing enthusiasts, and driftwood, buoys, netting, sea glass and other treasures are easily found. On the Caribbean side, some of the shells that can be collected are quite spectacular, such as tulips, tritons, conch, butterfly shells, sea biscuits, sea urchins and sand dollars. There are literally hundreds of beaches in Eleuthera to explore, and on most of them the only footprints are likely to be your own.

Hiking/Exploring/Caves & Blue Holes

The island of Eleuthera is considered by many to be the prettiest island in the Bahamas, with its rolling green hills, breathtaking cliffs and bluffs, sheltered coves, inland lagoons and lakes, and spectacular pink sand beaches that stretch for miles. There are a number of historical ruins on the island, some spectacular caves and blue holes, and one of the greatest climbing trees in the world!

Flora and Fauna

The island of Eleuthera is a nature lover's paradise, and interesting flowers, birds, insects, wildlife and marine life can be seen almost everywhere. Tropical flowers are in bloom year round. Herons and egrets are common around the inland lagoons, and other tropical birds such as hummingbirds, banana birds and grasquits are plentiful. The marine life around the island is truly spectacular - we have even had the privilege of seeing a female loggerhead turtle laying her eggs on the beach at night!

Beach Activities & Games

We have a number of beach toys available, such as paddle ball, volleyball, football, frisbee, styrofoam noodles and floats, as well as traditional games such as backgammon, chess, checkers, dominoes, Connect 4, playing cards, and more. Stargazing

Far from the city lights, the night sky over Eleuthera is a dazzling canopy of celestial splendour! The clear air and remote locations mean that literally millions of stars can typically be seen. Lie back in the sand and learn to identify the constellations.
